Thoughtful details throughout make the space feel both charming and easy to settle into. The bathroom is fresh and clean. The walk in shower is equipped with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. You will also find full size stackable washer and dryer. The kitchen has everything you could need to enjoy a nice meal. Including a full sized oven and refrigerator, spices, and coffee station. Step outside onto the oversized deck overlooking the pond, where mornings begin with coffee and birdsong and evenings end with glowing sunsets reflected on the water. Just below, you’ll find your own private sandy beach and dock, an absolute dream for families. Kids love spending hours swimming, splashing, fishing, kayaking, and exploring, while adults relax nearby soaking in the peaceful views. Absolutely no smoking, vaping, or hookahs on the property. Swim and use kayaks at your own risk. Life jackets must be worn at all times. Children must be accompanied at all times. Swimming alone is not permitted.

There is NO lifeguard at the Wall Pond beach or on the property. Please watch your children AT ALL TIMES. Use the beach and pond at your own risk. The loft is accessible by ladder only. Children or anyone with compromised mobility should not use the loft or ladder. Please accompany children using the ladder and loft. Use of the ladder and loft is at your own risk.
