Picturesque cozy chalet minutes from Ragged Mountain, Newfound Lake, Downtown Bristol, endless hiking and biking trails. Take off on an adventure and come back to relax among the pines in the hot tub or relax at the chalet all day which will you choose? This rental is for up to 5 adults and 4 children. The bunk beds cannot hold the weight of adults (one adult on the bottom bunk but not trundle would be ok). Step inside to a gorgeous open concept kitchen to living room. The full kitchen has everything you need to feel right at home, including a gorgeous farm sink, dishwasher, full refrigerator and stove. Gather at the island while you cook or enjoy a meal or board game at the stunning extra large, live edge handmade wooden table. Living room includes slider access to the overside wrap around deck, a giant comfy couch and electric fireplace for ambiance and extra heat. You'll also find an attached bathroom which includes full sized laundry. On the first floor you will also find a full bath, and two bedrooms. One bed room features a full bed, the other has a set of full bunks with a twin trundle(please note that the bunk beds and trundle are for children and cannot hold the weight of adults). Both have stunning views. Upstairs you will find a queen bed and private bathroom. The bathroom features and oversized walk in shower. This bedroom also has a beautiful Juliette balcony for enjoying views of the backyard and deck. The deck is my favorite place in the house. Grill, gather, eat, relax, enjoy the hot tub. The possibilities are endless, you wont want to leave.

-Additional Guests Charge is $100 per person. -Children must be supervised at all times. -Children may never use the hot tub alone. Any guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent. -No smoking or underage drinking on the property. -Do not leave any trash outside, all indoor garbage must be placed into the trash cans inside the garage and the garage must be closed otherwise it will attract animals. -All trash outside must be cleaned up by guests (please look to make sure no bottles/can or other trash has fallen off the deck or on the backside of the hot tub) -Leaving trash outside will result in a $200 fine. Rules for Guests Bringing Pets -Dogs must be house-trained and well-behaved -No dogs on furniture or beds at any time -Dogs may not be left alone in the home unless crated -Please bring a crate if you plan to leave your dog unattended -Clean up after your dog both inside and outside the property -If your dog has an accident indoors, please notify us right away so our cleaners can give the area proper attention -Please wipe paws before entering the home -Do not allow excessive barking out of respect for neighbors -Guests are responsible for any damage caused by their dog, including scratches, stains, or odors -A fee will be charged for any undisclosed pets.

Please note the house sleep 9, 7 adults max this is because the top bunk of the bunk bed (which can fit two children) cannot support the weight of 2 adults. The max weight for the top bunk is 180 lbs.
