Main floor has open floorplan, updated kitchen with farm table for dining. Two adjoining gathering spaces - den with TV, remote gas fireplace and oversized windows to enjoy the garden. Living room has sofa and lounge chairs for conversation and relaxing. First floor bedroom and full bath (with soaker tub). Stairs to access basement laundry in hallway. Second floor features 2 additional bedrooms. Master bedroom has king size bed with three closets. Second bedroom includes two twin beds, reading chaise and toys/books for children. These bedrooms share a full bathroom with tub and shower.

Six guests maximum are permitted. Pets are not allowed. Absolutely no smoking, vaping or open flame of any kind is allowed on the property at anytime. If you have can or any trash at all outside please dispose of it in the trash can, our cleaners are not responsible for cleaning outside and want to keep the property pristine for all guests. The piano is very old please feel free to play it (although it doesn't hold a tune) but do not allow anyone to bang on it. Do not put meat, onion or potato peelings in garbage disposal. Please do not enter any rooms that are marked off. The barn/garage is off limits. Guests may use the basement for laundry only. Please for your safety only go into the laundry room in the basement. Do not touch the copper pipes that run down to the basement, the get extremely hot. Failure to comply with any of these rules or any other house rules will result in a $200 fine.
