The dining room is perfect for shared meals or board games and adjacent to 1.5 bathrooms and a stocked pantry. 3 equal-sized bedrooms are all cozy and inviting with plush Queen mattresses and luxury bedding. The outdoor space is where the fun begins: enjoy lounging and dining on the deck, play lawn games in the yard, or spend a lazy afternoon in the hammock. After the beach, rinse off in the refreshing outdoor shower. In the evenings, gather around the fire pit for s’mores and stargazing. All of this makes it easy to unwind after a day in the sand & surf. For added convenience, the home offers off-street parking, central HVAC, and laundry. When you’re ready to explore, the historic town of Plymouth is just minutes away. Discover waterfront restaurants, charming shops, whale watching excursions, and famous landmarks like Plymouth Rock and the Mayflower II. It’s the perfect blend of New England history, coastal charm, and seaside fun. Boston is only a 50 minute drive and the Plymouth-Provincetown Ferry offers an excellent day trip option. Please kindly remove your shoes when in the house. Indoor fireplace is not to be used by guests as it is not safe. Do not bring any indoor blankets or pillows to the beach or fire pit. Check the shed for outdoor blankets you can use. White towels are for indoor bathing only. We supply gray towels for the beach/outside. House runs on a septic system. Do not flush or drain anything other than toilet paper (no wipes, tampons, paper towels, coffee grounds, food scraps, oils, etc). The grill is available for your use but is NOT a listed Amenity. Propane is not guaranteed or supplied. Please only use the plastic/melamine dishes outside to prevent breakage and keep bare feet safe. These can be found in the dining room cabinet. All plastic glasses need to be hand washed or washed on the top rack of the dishwasher only. All decorative baskets must remain inside the house. Beach totes and grocery bags can be found in the pantry closet. While offsite, do not leave the beach carts unattended. Absolutely no parties. Our neighbors are full time residents and loud noise/music at any time of day will not be tolerated.

The grill is available for your use but is NOT a listed Amenity. More information can be found in the House Manual on site. Our cleaners do NOT clean the grill between guests. A group effort will ensure a more pleasurable experience for everyone and allow us to keep this grill for your next visit. Please do not take any white towels or blankets from the house. We provide designated beach towels for the beach and there are outdoor blankets in the shed for the firepit/ deck/ yard.
